Wanted for failure to appear and felony accomplice to property theft

Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 20-year-old Fargo man who has seven active warrants against him in Fargo, West Fargo and Cass County.
Anthonie John Savanh is most recently wanted in Cass County, where he was charged Aug. 15 with a class C felony for allegedly acting as an accomplice to property theft.
Savanh is also wanted in the county for not appearing at a change-of-plea hearing in July for a class B felony charge of possessing marijuana with the intent to deliver. He’s also charged in that case with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
A search of North Dakota court records revealed Savanh also has active warrants for:
- a misdemeanor charge in West Fargo Municipal Court for allegedly driving under the influence
- and, four misdemeanor charges in Fargo Municipal Court for allegedly driving with a suspended license, driving without proper insurance, driving with fictious registration and purchasing alcohol for a minor.
Savanh’s criminal record also includes a dozen other traffic infractions – including two misdemeanor convictions – in Fargo Municipal Court.
