Wanted for felony conspiracy to deliver methamphetamines.
Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 45-year-old Fargo man who is wanted on a drug-dealing charge.
James Paul Jr. was charged in July with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class A felony.
A warrant for his arrest was issued Aug. 1.
This is the second time Paul has faced felony drug charges.
He was convicted of delivery of a controlled substance in 2006 and served jail time.
He’s also been convicted on felony theft and check-drafting charges in North Dakota, and about two dozen misdemeanor charges ranging from drug paraphernalia to driving under the influence, dating back to 1991.
