Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 39-year-old Fargo man who is wanted for violating his probation.

According to Cass County court records:

Stephen Roger Dale Juelson was convicted in November on a class C felony charge of aggravated assault, stemming from a domestic violence incident in August.

Juelson was also convicted on misdemeanor simple assault.

He was sentenced to serve one year in prison, which was suspended pending his successful completion of one year’s probation.

Last week, prosecutors filed a petition to revoke Juelson’s probation, claiming he violated the terms of his release.

A warrant for Juelson’s arrest was issued May 9.

Robin Starr McGillis

Original charge: criminal trespass

Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 20-year-old Fargo man who is wanted on a felony charge of escape.

According to court documents in Cass County:

On April 4, Robin Starr McGillis signed out of Centre, Inc., a Fargo detention center, and he failed to return as scheduled that evening.

McGillis had been ordered to serve the remainder of his prison sentence at Centre after he was released March 29.

In fall 2011, McGillis was sentenced to two years in prison on a federal criminal trespass conviction in Grand Forks County.

Following his escape from Centre, a warrant was issued for McGillis’ arrest on April 12.

A search of North Dakota court records showed McGillis also has multiple misdemeanor convictions in Devils Lake and Minot, including charges of unlawful entry and resisting arrest.

Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 51-year-old Fargo man who is wanted on a felony charge of aggravated assault.

Joseph Donahue Kelly Sr. is being sought in relation to an incident that took place Feb. 28 in Cass County.

Court documents show a warrant for his arrest was issued March 27.

A search of North Dakota court records found Kelly has a lengthy criminal history involving more than two dozen charges, including several convictions.

The crimes were predominantly misdemeanor charges and included carrying a concealed weapon, simple assault and drug possession.

Wanted for conspiracy to commit burglary

Local and federal authorities are seeking to apprehend a 22-year-old Minot, N.D., man who is wanted in Cass County on conspiracy to commit burglary.

Alex Leroy Howard faces a C-felony charge for the July 31 incident.

The case and arrest warrant against him were filed in February, court records show.

Howard’s criminal record shows three misdemeanor convictions in North Dakota:

• minor in consumption in 2008 in West Fargo

• possessing drug paraphernalia in 2009 in Richland County

• criminal trespass in 2009 in Wahpeton

Minnesota Court records show Howard was convicted on a third-degree felony burglary charge in Otter Tail County last year.

Kayla Lynn Argo was sentenced to serve supervised probation after she assaulted an emergency room worker in May 2011.
Cass County Court records show that state’s attorneys sought to revoke her probation a few weeks ago, alleging Argo violated the terms of her release.
A warrant for Argo’s arrest was issued March 30.
